Joan's Gardens Challenge

Happy Monday Fellow Bloggers!
Did you get a rain storm last night??  WOW!  The wind, lightening & thunder was scarey here in Ohio ... but sure glad we finally got some rain ... it was dangerously dry around here!

Last evening (after a fabulous dinner out with hubby for my bday) I decided to sit down and create a card for the current challenge at Joan's Gardens.  Thankfully it was an EASY recipe this week ...
  • Make a four layer card
  • Use ivory and green
  • Use only a stamped image
  • Use a sentiment
So here is what I've come up with.  Very easy peasy but yet looks great!
Items used are:
Paper:  Old Olive Green cs, White cs
Stamps:  Endless Creations (flowers), Impression Obsession (sentiment)
Accessories:  Versafine black ink, Momento 'bamboo leaves' ink, Cuttlebug embossing folder, Kaiser pearls

That is all I have to share with you today!
I really MUST get back into the groove around here ...
Thanks so much for stopping by and please know how much I appreciate you taking that precious time out of your busy days to drop in and leave me encouraging words!

HUGS from OHIO

  4. What a beuaitufl card....very well thought out...love it! So good to see you again...and guess what, I stopped on the way home and bought the die storage set up, too...only thing is Staples was out of some of the clear protectors, so I had to get the teal, and Home Depot had a only a few of the vent covers...guess Selma and Joan hit them pretty hard...LOL...but we have both stores here North of us, so hope to head there this week! Hope to see you at Joan's in August, I will (hopefully) be there for Friday!! Have a nice week....and I hope it rains here!!

  7. Just fabulous! I love the image and the sentiment- and the colors too! I hope you had a fabulous Birthday and were well pampered : ) We had a wicked storm here too-it was just 30 minutes, but caused lots of damage! I will miss you at Joan's- my daughter decided to teach in China for a year, and will be leaving then.....
