The Sisterhood of Crafters Challenge

Hello everyone!

Well, here we are in a new year and the Sisterhood of Crafter's is 'ready to roll' with all new challenges and a chance for YOU to become a STEP SISTER.  Let me know if you'd like more information on becoming our step sister for a month!

Anyways ... today's challenge theme is most appropriate!

OUT with the OLD and IN with the NEW!

Did you get some new crafting goodies from Santa?
I only got a couple of things but then did a little 'online shopping' for myself so I think that counts!!  LOL!!  (Merry Christmas to ME!)

Isn't this Stampendous 'sweater' stamp awesome!  My Michigan friend Diane (Nellie's Nest) pointed it out to me during the holidays.  I expressed how much I liked it and before you know it, a package showed up in my mailbox ... guess what was inside from Diane?!?  LOL ... yep she sent this warm & cozy stamp to me for Christmas!  Thanks girlfriend!!!  I owe you one!  LOL!!

Remember I mentioned a little online shopping for myself!
I was thrilled to receive an Amazon gift card from my wonderful leader over on Squigglefly DT (thanks Holly) ... which led me to a few crafting purchases and this Cottage Cutz 'Winter Wonderland Border' die was ONE of those purchases.  Of course I had to look for a few additional items ... going for that FREE SHIPPING ya know!  LOL!

A few additional challenges:
Creative Card Crew #52 - Anything Goes
Creative Craft Challenge #26 - Anything Goes
Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes
Shopping Our Stash - Use something New

Thanks so much for stopping by today and I hope your New Year is off to a FABULOUS start!  Happy Crafting!
As always ...

  8. This is beautiful! The mittens and sweater pattern go perfectly together. I can picture the little ones on the sled coming into the house, red noses and cheeks for a steamy cup of cocoa, with marshmallows, of course. So many of your cards inspire a feeling, an image in my mind. What a gift you have.
