Creating a Scene!

Happy Saturday Friends!

Certainly feels more Fallish today so I guess I'll just 'stay in and play'!
LOL (should do some housework ... nah! it can wait!)

While visiting crafting friend Diane Hover (Nellie's Nest) last week, I took along my Stampscapes stamps so Diane could try her hand at creating with them.  In the process of showing her how I create scenery cards using them, this is what I came up with ... hope you like them.

I just LOVE playing with these stamps and I think they are perfect for masculine cards.
I did a couple other cards but will save them to share another time.

Hubby always laughs at me when I made this type of card ... he says "can't you ever have a sky without a bird in it??"  And, of course, my answer is "NO!"
Just looks empty to me without some type of bird flying across.

Anyways, if you're not familiar with Stampscapes, click on the link and check out his videos.
I still need to do a lot more practice with color to get even close to as good as he is ... but they are great fun and I haven't yet seen a scene created that didn't look fabulous!
I love the "WOW" factor ...  when people hear this started out as a blank sheet of white glossy paper.
Hard to believe it was created with only stamps & ink.

Okay ... now I'd better get busy on some design team commitments AND I have another craft show coming up on Nov. 7th to create for ... yikes I'd better get off the computer and get started!

Challenges to share in:
Allsorts Challenge - No Design Paper
Artbymiran Challenge - Anything Goes
Chocolate, Coffee & Cards Challenge - Animals (birds & water fowl)
Crafting with Friends Challenge #8 - Always Anything Goes

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
Hope you have a fabulous weekend!
As always . . .
