For the Chocolate Lovers . . .

Happy Weekend All!
Yesterday I mentioned I was working on yet another little project
for upcoming Fall craft shows and shared this sneak peek ...

Did you figure out what I was creating?
Yep!  Those cute little Hershey Nugget Pouches with
the individually wrapped nuggets.

I will probably add a little holiday ribbon & possibly a tag to
finish them off and dress them up a bit.

As you can see, I sort my Hershey Nuggets by the different types and place them in a clear box until I have the time to get around to creating my little pouches.  I use one of each of the four types in each pouch.

I purchase my chocolates at the local wholesale club and always check the DATE to be sure that the candy I am providing in my goodie bags are as fresh as possible.

The instructions for making these are as follows:

To create the 'holder' you will need a piece of card stock 4 1/4" x 1 7/8" ... scored at 1/4" on each side.  (This is a good way to use up some of those card stock scraps we all have laying around).

The 'wrappers' for the nuggets are 3" x 1".  (Also a good way of using up those designer paper scraps.)
The clear bags are from your local crafting stores and can usually be found in the candy making section.  They are long and narrow ... used for handmade lollipops chocolate covered pretzels.  But, work perfectly for these little goodies.

I actually purchased some recently at Walmart for under $2 a pack ... over in the party section of the store.

When it comes to the finishing touches, you can go as simple or as ornate as you desire.  Some fancy ribbon ... a tag to fit the occasion (Christmas, Birthday, etc.) or just as you see them here.

You can make these for just about any occasion ... or as a 'Just Because'
gift just by switching out the designer paper you use to wrap them  ... like these:

Another cute and easy gift idea just to say Thank You are
these Ghiradelli Pouches ...

Once again, these can be decorated for the
holidays or everyday!  I like to include one of these in the mailbox
from time to time for my mail carrier ... just a little 'surprise'
to help bring a smile and make their day better!

Okay ... now I'd better get back to work!
I still have a few things on my mind that I'd like to try
and get made before the show and of course I must
be sure to have enough Birthday & Sympathy cards made
for the ladies to look through and purchase.

Hope you have a fabulous weekend ahead!
As always . . .
