Eeeekkk . . .

Hello Friends ...
It's time for another fun creation using dies from the Tutti Designs Store.  Today I have used a die from the August Fall/Halloween Release.  I don't send many Halloween cards these days but I thought this would even work for a Birthday card with an inside verse that might say something like this ...

Eeeek! ... you're HOW OLD???
LOL

The die I have used for today's card is the 'Gravestone' die #378.

No automatic alt text available.

My background paper (very old 12x12 ... possibly DCWV) had the white spiders crawling up the page so that was the basis for my card.  I knew I wanted dimension to my gravestone die cut image but also thought it might not work out well using dimensional tape.  So, once again, I die cut my image multiple times (4 to be exact) and glued them together.  That gave me the dimension I was looking for and kept the background shadow BLACK.

If you noticed, on the front of the gravestone is a spider which of course popped out with each cut.  Well what better embellishment than the scrolls & spiders that would have otherwise been tossed in the trash.  I added a few black spiders crawling up the web as well as used one on the inside along with the scrolls.

Please be sure to pop over to the Tutti Designs Store and check out all of the fabulous dies in this latest release.  And, of course, you'll want to browse through the store to see what other dies you need to have on hand.

I think you're right. This would be a great birthday card with that sentiment. Nicely done on the inside, too. [Bunny]

Oh I am lovin' all those spiders. I HATE them crawling on me, but never kill one. I find them fascinating creatures, just don't get on me!!! Your card design is so stinkin' cute. Adorable card!
