Precious Little Ones

Happy Weekend All!
The other day I took the opportunity to step away from my design team work and upcoming craft show projects, to join in a couple fun challenges out in blogland ... (thanks Diane).

The sketch I have used for today's creation comes from the Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 Challenge Blog and my theme comes from the Tic Tac Toe Challenge Blog.

Here's the sketch ...

And, here's the Tic Tac Toe Board

I chose BABY ... PLAID and ENAMEL DOTS.

Recently I purchased some new designer paper packs (like I need more paper!  Geesh!) from the Dies R Us Store  ... did you know they are now carrying papers, inks, etc.? ... and what fun I had using these coordinating papers from the Carta Bella 'Rock-a-Bye Baby' 6x6 pack.

In following the sketch, I used the Tutti Designs 'Stitched Hearts', Sue Wilson 'Passion Flower' and 'Maiden Fern' dies.  The enamel dots I believe are by Cloud 9 and were purchased years ago at Joann Fabrics.

My sweet image is from a sheet of vintage images by Nellie's Choice.  The artist is Sandra Kuck.  Did you know Sandra Kuck is from a small town here in Ohio (East Liverpool).  Yep!  And fun fact, my sister who has been a hair dresser for years, did the hair of the one little girl that Sandra Kuck was using as a model for her designs.  Small world isn't it!  LOL

I love it when I can put two challenges together and create such a sweet card!  A huge thank you to all those folks out there that create challenges that keep us inspired and help us 'push' our limits.

Challenges to share in:
613 Avenue Create Challenge #206 - ATG twist/Love (this is love between a Mother & her children)
 Angie's Digital Stamps Challenge #17 - ATG twist/Love
Dragonfly Dreams February Challenge - Flowers

Have a great day and week ahead!
Can you believe it?  It's supposed to be 66 degrees here in Akron, OH on Thursday!
Yikes and it's still February!  But that's how the weather rolls here in Ohio.
Snow one day and warm sunshine the next!

Thanks for stopping by ... hope you've found inspiration in my designs!
As always . . .
