Flowers Galore!

Hello Everyone!

I had so much fun creating a floral card yesterday for the
challenge posted over at The Flower Challenge,

I just couldn't help but create another one to share today!
This time I used my favorite color combination to create the background on which I stamped my Altenew stamp set called 'Adore You' and then fussy cut the flowers.  I also created a green watercolor panel to stamp/cut the leaves from.  I am very pleased with the outcome.

In order to get added dimension with the flowers I decided to use a couple frames I had left over from other projects and pop them up on the card base.  The image in the center is from an older Graphic45 8x8 paper pad called 'Botanical Tea'.  I had originally intended on just leaving the image as it appeared but then as I started arranging my flowers I realized I could use a couple of them over the flowers in the image and add even more dimension.

The Tutti Designs Happy and Birthday sentiment are the smaller cut from the same set I used for yesterday's card.  They were still laying on my work table so I simply colored them using the Spectrum Noir PL4 alcohol marker and adding them to the upraised from with a dab of white glue.

I have to admit, I have so many pieces & parts laying around from other projects that I could probably spend the entire day creating cards with just what was left over from other projects.  Hmmmm maybe I'll do just that and see what I can come up with ... now there's a challenge!!  LOL
