Double D - Make Your Own Background

 Hello Dear Friends!

It's time once again for a new challenge over on the Double D Challenge Blog!

Here's today's theme:

 MAKE YOUR OWN BACKGROUND

and here's an inspiration board created to help get you started . . .

There are so many different directions we can go with this theme!
I'm really looking forward to being inspired by my team mates and
all my other online crafting friends!!

Here's what I came up with  . . .

I created the sky & grass background using TH distress oxide inks and blending brushes.  The fence scene is a sticker from one of my last winter purchases ... a sticker book call The Harvest Time.

A few die cut clouds were added for extra dimension.

You'll want to be sure to pop over to the Double D Challenge Blog to see all the details and amazing samples offered up by our VERY TALENTED design team ladies!!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Hope to see you at Double D!

  As always . . .

  3. You've combined all of this so seamlessly it appears to be a panel of designer paper to which you've added the sentiment and clouds. Country charm for sure!

  6. What a lovely scene! I like the purple wisteria hanging on the fence. Thanks a lot for your comment on my Lavinia card. I am happy with it! I would like to get more stamps of this brand as you suggested, but I have to save some money first!!
