Peace on Earth Challenge #118

Hello Friends and welcome back to my blog!
SO happy you stopped by!

Today I have a card to share for the new challenge over on the PEACE ON EARTH CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE BLOG.  Of course the theme is Anything Christmas and we hope you'll come join in the fun!

Here's a fun inspiration board we've created to help get you started ...

I recently purchased a 'different' (for me as I'm a traditionalist) sort of holiday papers and thought it might work for today's inspiration board suggestions.  What do you think?

The paper pack I'm referring to is by Paper Rose and is called 'Christmas Holidays'.

 Paper Rose - 12 x 12 Collection Pack - Christmas Holidays

I paired it with an Adirondack chair die by IO that's been in my stash for years and die cut it from red card stock.  Then I cut the sentiment from one of the little square images in the set and matted it with scraps of red & green card stock.

Did you spot the Christmas presents in the lower left corner?

PLEASE be sure to pop over to THE BLOG and check out the amazing designs our design team has created for your inspiration.  What a group of talented ladies!!  Then come join in the fun!!

  2. I think the paper works perfect for the inspiration board challenge. Love the scene and that chair looks like it is waiting for some to set there and enjoy it.

  3. I think it's absolutely beautiful and it could almost be Christmas here at someone's beach house. We do have a lot of trees that stay green all year, and the beach looks similar. Love that red Adirondack chair. It's so perfectly situated I thought it was part of the paper at first. Wonderful, Darlene!
