Can You Handle the Pressure - Twist - Balloons

Hello Friends, thanks for stopping by today!

We have a new challenge starting today over on our new Can You Handle The Pressure Challenge Blog and the TWIST theme is ...

Balloons

Remember, the twist is optional but you MUST use an embossing folder on our projects to qualify for the prize.  Heat embossing is also permitted but only in conjunction with an embossing folder.

Here's what I've created to inspire you today.

Using the fun embossing folder and stencil set called 'Celebration Balloons' by Lisa Horton, this card was fun to create and came together quickly.  I used Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Inks for my coloring.

The only addition to my balloons was my sentiment which I used the Pink Fresh 'Perfect Sentiments' stamp and die set.  Awhile back I stamped & die cut this set in a variety of colors so they were ready when I was and today was one of those days.  I used the same sentiment in three different colors to coordinate with my balloons.

I do hope you'll come check out our challenge blog and play along.

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today,
I appreciate it more than you'll ever know!!

As always . . .

  3. Nice that it had a stencil set with it too, I was thinking how hard that must have been to not get ink on each other :)

  4. Now there's a card full of balloons! Bright and fun and colorful, just perfect for a birthday. Amazing texture with the embossing folder. It didn't take me long to get addicted to 3D folders.
