Hello Dear Friends!
It's time once again for a new challenge over on the Double D Challenge Blog!
Here's today's theme:
BUTTERFLIES
and here's an inspiration board created to help get you started . . .
OH MY GOODNESS!
I could have gone in SO MANY directions with this theme ... too bad we only share 1 sample card lol. But I actually took the easy route today as I've been wanting to use this image and the background paper I had just purchased worked perfectly to 'set the scene'.

The background designer paper is from the Paper Rose 'Bees & Butterflies' 6x6 paper pack. The double sided paper pack is beautiful!!!
And, my image is from a sticker book I bought online called 'The Harvest Time'.
I thought pairing these two together would make the perfect Thinking of You card.
What do you think??

ReplyDeleteThis is so beautiful! Those butterflies are amazing but I've always loved white butterflies!
ReplyDeleteThe printed paper and image do pair perfectly together. This is so lovely, Dar! You had me wanting to buy this paper pack after the pretty bee card you made for the last challenge, now I see this card and I truly think I "need" it. What a beautiful inspiration for us today!
ReplyDeleteA gardener's dream! Must run out and check mine lol Very Pretty!
ReplyDeleteYes, looks like the two were made for each other, a beautiful card!
ReplyDeleteI was so tempted to use this paper again. It's one of the most gorgeous collections ever I think. Maybe because I like yellow so much. Your girl absolutely belongs right there in that scene. So pretty!
ReplyDeleteYour paper and sticker worked together perfectly, Darlene! So pretty!
ReplyDeleteI can see why you wanted to use this paper. It is perfect for this challenge and makes for a very nice card. I love the look of the fresh garden.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a beautiful and serene garden scene Dar! The young woman looks quite content perusing those flowers and gorgeous white butterflies. Perfect pairing of papers and sticker image.
