Theme will always be ANYTHING GOES USING STENCILS but we will also offer an OPTIONAL theme.
Here is the OPTIONAL theme chosen for this month:
Use GOLD
I used the Lisa Horton 3D embossing folder 'Trailing Christmas Poinsettia' for the focus image and rubbed Brilliance Gold ink over top. I have the die & stencil that goes with this EF but today I just used the die and cut the flower from a scrap of white card stock to use as a mask. Then I laid the Tim Holtz 'Brick' stencil over top and sponged with the same Brilliance gold ink for the background. Though hard to see, my poinsettia panel is matted with gold metallic paper.
For my second card (Anything Goes),

Oh, my WOW, your poinsettia card is stunning! Brilliant to mask with the die cut so you can stencil the perfect background. Such elegance! Your second card speaks to my love of color and warmth, and the black sweater is so cute!
