Thanks to you for stopping by my blog today ... and if you left me a comment THANKS EVEN MORE!!!  Hope you've had a wonderful day and tomorrow is even better!  Tell your family you LOVE THEM ... we never know what tomorrow has in store for us!!!

Hugs,
Darlene

* * * EDIT * * *
I decided to make a box for this card so the flower didn't get crushed and to make it even more 'special' for someone!   Here is what I came up with using the directions from a past challenge at Joan's Gardens and shared by Selma Stevenson.  If you need a link to those directions ... let me know.

Below you can see I've added a touch of tissue paper to just add extra 'softness' and 'care' to this project.

Thanks for your visit!  Have a WONDERFUL DAY & WEEKEND!!

Darlene, your card is absolutely beautiful! Great idea for using a box, it would have been a great shame for the lovely flower to be spoilt.
