Sisterhood of Crafters - Fall Harvest

Hello All!
It's time for a new challenge over at

Diane is our hostess today and she has chosen the theme:

FALL HARVEST
(anything to do with a fall harvest, tractors, apples, corn, pumpkins,
scarecrows, gourds, Indian corn, acorns, grapes, sunflowers... etc)

I decided to go with this wonderful tractor/corn image that is actually a
sticker that I found in my scrap booking stash.

Growing up on a small farm, there was always a tractor in the barn and
this one kind of reminds me of the one my Dad had.
Although we didn't have fields and fields of corn, we did have several gardens in which  we grew corn as well as many other vegetables.  And, on the back acreage Dad planted a field of potatoes so when harvest time came, Dad would drive his tractor down through the rows and turn the soil over so my sister's and I could follow behind and pick up the potatoes and put them into boxes for winter storage.  It was a lot of work at the time but fond memories now!!

  11. Your card made me smile! The cat at the bottom was so unexpected, that at first I couldn't figure out which part of the picture was your card. But then I realised you had created a scene to go in front of the truck! Awesome - love it ;o) Thank you for joining our „Autumn“ challenge over at the Crafty Cardmakers ;o) Happy crafting,

  12. Wow, that's some sticker! Had me fooled till I read up. Love your design with the die cut fence and the cat which appears to be looking up at the tractor. Love the inside, too. If that was a die I'm sure I'd have to have it!
