Linky Party at Crafty Secrets

Here it is MONDAY again already and today I'd like to share with you the card I made for the Linky Party that begins TODAY over at Crafty Secrets.  All you need to do is create with ANY of their products, link it up and you could win a $50 prize!  REALLY!  I'm thrilled to say I was one of their recent Linky Party Winners!  You should see the AMAZING goodies I received!! WOWZA!!!

When I received their newsletter, they offered this fabulous Autumn Printable so I grabbed it.  Then when I saw they were having another Linky Party I figured this image would be perfect for a quick & easy creation.  Here's what I came up with . . .

I did a little fancy cutting around the image then matted it on 4 different fall colored papers.  The olive satin ribbon worked perfectly to bring out the greenery in the image and I love using satin ribbon to make bows using my Bow Easy ... they always tie so beautifully!  For the orange panel, I used the Martha Stewart Doily Lace border punch to add just a touch of elegance to go along with the whimsical flourish in the image.

That's it for me today!  Hopefully the weather will cooperate so hubby & I can do some last minute work in the yard so it will look better next spring.  This past summer's extremely hot temperatures sure took it's toll on my backyard and we are hoping to revive it with some Fall TLC.  Cross your fingers ... I'm hoping it's not a lot of work for nothing!
