Saturday Spotlight - Do The Mess Around

It's time for another Saturday Spotlight Challenge ... are you ready??  Today we are being "messy" ... with our creation that is ... by use tearing, distressing, wrinkled edges, etc.

I had so much fun with this Whimsy image and he reminded me so much of the little "Dude" turtle in the movie "Nemo", I just had to hand write my own sentiment and use the word Dude!!  My messiness (is that a word??) is in the form of tearing & distressing.

Speaking of Whimsy Stamps, for our Spotlight sponsor this week we have Denise from Whimsy Stamps.

(click HERE to go to her store)
One Lucky winner from Mr Linky this week will be randomly chosen to win $15 gift Certificate to be used at the Whimsy Stamps store....You could even use it for purchasing an image from their new Mythical Fairies and sentiment release on Feb 17 (4 fairies and new sentiments)! !

Whimsy currently has 5 different collections of stamps; The Crissy Armstrong Collection for Whimsy Stamps, the Animals Collection and Mythical Fairies designed by Katie Sowa, the Kids Collection designed by Whimsy Design Studio, and the Sentiments Collection designed by Raindrop Echo Designs and Whimsy Design Studio.

Whimsy Stamps has also been trying to raise money for Haiti using a digital image illustrated by Crissy Armstrong... ..

* NEW Wings of Hope - digital stamp
This is a special limited edition carousel horse digital image called Wing of Hope selling for $4. All proceeds (minus any PayPal fees) from the sale of this image will be sent to the American Red Cross disaster relief for Haiti.

This digital image will only be available to purchase, in digital format, from now until February 28th, 2010.

So now it's YOUR TURN!  Remember to add your direct link back to Mr. Linky on our challenge blog and if you are uploading to other online galleries, please use the keyword/tag SSHP19.

Need more inspiration you say ... well just pop on over to see what the other Diva's have to share with you.
