Joan's Gardens Challenge

This weeks challenge over at Joan's Gardens has put me into the holiday spirit!

Eeeeks!  NOT YET!!
(Yep ... only 90 more days until Christmas) LOL!!
[ okay so my number was a little off ...  I did get you thinking about it didn't I !!??!!]
I've now added a Christmas blinkie on my sidebar so "I" can keep better track of the time ...
maybe it will help you too!

Anyways ... here are this week's requirements . . .

  • Christmas pattern Paper for background
  • Warm and cozy colors
  • Snow Flakes
  • Christmas Trees or Santa or anything reflecting Christmas
  • You must use a product sold at Joan's Gardens. Also, mention that you are doing the card/project for Joan's Gardens Challenge. It would be nice if you would add this link to your post: www.atjoansgardens.com

  • AND, here's what I've come up with . . .

I'm actually quite happy with this card and it came together quite quickly.
Other than the image which is from the Crafty Secrets Seasonal Booklet, everything else came from Joan's Gardens.
Papers: BoBunny 'Father Christmas', Kaiser Craft 'Twig & Berry', white cardstock
Accessories:  Memory Box #98238 'Snowflake Corner' die, Cheery Lynn Designs B323 'Winter Neighborhood' die, Cheery Lynn Designs B186 'Merry Christmas' die set, Icicle Stickles

I have such a difficult time getting the 'sparkle' to show up on my photos but there is a little dab of 'icicle' Stickles on each snowflake as well as the roof tops ...looks fabulous IRL!

Since I'm in the holiday spirit ... why not share that with a few other challenges:
    C.R.A.F.T. Challenge - Christmas
Card and Scrap - Use dies
    One Crazy Stamper - Christmas
    Oozak - Anything Goes/Dies/Punches

Time to get back to creating for my 'paying job' with JoAnn Fabrics.  I have several 2014 Fall projects in process so I'd best quit 'playing around' and get busy!!

    As always . . .
