September - First Cup Challenge Time

It's time once again for a new challenge over on the new . . .

Here's what I came up with for today's card . . .

Some people say there's nothing more relaxing then a beverage and a good book!

I spotted this image online and thought it made the perfect image for today's card. I dove into my many MIntay paper pads and spotted this pretty green gingham and coordinating scrap of leafy paper from the same pack. I've used a Postage Stamp die to cut my image then matted with a soft pink card stock. A few coordinating Prima flowers helped to finish the look I was going for.

Oh, how pretty this is with the gingham, leafy paper, and flowers! Of course, the image is beautiful. In the afternoons I like to sit with coffee and a book, 'cause by then I'm worn out. Next thing you know I'm up and running again.
