Hello Friends, thanks for stopping by today!
We have a new challenge starting today over on our new Can You Handle The Pressure Challenge Blog and the TWIST theme is ...
Fall Harvest
(anything Fall)
Remember, the twist is optional
but you MUST use an embossing folder on our projects to qualify for the
prize. Heat embossing is also permitted but only in conjunction with
an embossing folder.
Here's what I've created to inspire you today.
Embossing folder used today is another Lisa Horton 3D folder.
This one is called 'Variegated Leaf' and it comes with a 3 leaf complimentary outline die set. I'm sorry but I believe this folder set has been discontinued. You might still be able to find it on Etsy.

I
had originally inked up a panel using various Fall colors of TH
distress oxide inks (using more pressure and making darker) but once
embossed I didn't like the look of it so I made another panel using the
same ink colors but this time I went left to right at an angle and
didn't use as much pressure.
That
is what you see on the background. BUT since I had already embossed
the bolder panel I used it with the coordinating leaf die cuts to make
my lower focus panel as well as the matting panel for my Verve (no
longer in business) sentiment.
