Raise The Bar Challenge #12 - April Showers

HAPPY "RAISE THE BAR" FRIDAY EVERYONE!!

That's right, it's time for another Raise The Bar Challenge and today it's all about APRIL SHOWERS!  You can create a card/project using 'weather' themed images - sun, rainbows, rain, clouds, ... yes, and even snow? LOL!  How much fun is this going to be!!! 

I just love this FREEBIE image from *Wink *Wink Ink and knew it was perfect for my challenge creation. 

I've also used a "rain" stamp by C.C. Rubber Stamps off to the top right side of my image and added Crystal Effects to the rain drops (and puddle).  Here are all the items used on this creation:

Stamps:  Digi by Wink Wink Ink, Heather's Stamping Haven (sentiment), CC Rubber Stamps (rain)

Papers:  DCWV designer paper, medium blue cs, yoyo yellow cs, whisper white

Inks:  Versafine black

Accessories:  Prismacolor markers, Creative Memories corner rounder, roses by Homemade Vintage Stickers (Quebec, Canada), SU Crystal Effects
