This week's challenge is to make a pink/white card and use corner punches ... preferrably Martha Stewart. Here's the recipe for my card:Here is a peek at the inside of my card. This is something I always forget to do ... (share the inside with you!) Of course, I don't always finish the inside so I guess that's okay!! LOL!!
Stamps: SU "Infinite Goodness", AMuse
Papers: Whisper White, Basic Black, Bubblegum Pink, Crafty Secrets designer paper
Inks: Versafine Black
Accessories: Nestabilities Blossom dies, Martha Stewart Garden Trellis border punch & Loops Corner Punch, Kaiser pearls, Prismacolor markers
Well, since granddaughter, Morgan is here, I guess I'd best go visit with her for awhile. She came up last evening to help her grandfather set up HER brand new Dell Laptop. Yep, that was a part of her graduation present and it arrived yesterday. Of course, she knows more about these things than we do and since it is HERS, we wanted her to be a part of the setup! It was great fun ... we both now have webcams and were video Skypeing each other from one end of the table to the other ... aawww, technology ... it's a great thing!!
Have a great day! Hugs to you all!
Darlene
Darlene, what a beautiful card. I love all the shapes and the punched corners really sets gives a great focal point.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for playing in Joan's Gardens #9 Challenge. It is so much fun seeing all the great ideas.

Pretty card! ENjoy your granddaughter and her Dell! That skype thing is too funny! It's kinda like facebooking each other, when you're sitting on the same couch! HA Hope you are doing well!
ReplyDeleteThis is so sweet! Love the punches you used, and the pink is just so delightful!
ReplyDeleteI got my daughter a netbook and she can also Skype with her grandma but I don't have a web cam, which is fine cuz I don't want one! E-mail will do just fine for me! LOL Love your card and especially the inside detail!
