Penny's Paper Crafty Challenge

Well, here we are mid-week again ... and it's time for another Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge.

This week's theme is  
"HEARTS A FLUTTER".

For my card, I have chosen an image from Nicecrane Designs ... an image from the Victorian Children ATC sheet.  Aren't they adorable!!
