Wags 'n Whiskers - Outdoor Fun

Well ... it's almost time for the kiddo's to go back to school so they'd better get outside and enjoy riding their bikes, jumping on the trampoline, swimming ... or whatever they do to have fun!  Speaking of OUTDOOR FUN ... that is what our challenge is all about today!


Isn't this just an adorable image?  Did you ever take your kitty for a ride in the basket of your bike??  I didn't have a kitty ... but my puppy used to love going for a ride around the house!  (we lived in the country ... didn't have sidewalks so we made a path around the house, LOL!)
I created this scene using chalks for the sky & grass ... and a Prismacolor marker for the road.  I took the liberty of adding birds in the sky with a Stampscapes stamp.  My background paper is from Basic Grey.

    Actyally my mom had a kitten named Maja, and she was always with her in her bike. It looked just like that adorable image.

    Hi Darlene! I love your happy outdoor scene that you've created. Never did take my cat for a bike ride. Me thinks that the old tomcat that I grew up with would not have been as pleased as this sweet kitty is had I decided to do so! LOL! Love your card.
