Hello All!
Today I'm sharing a fun holiday creation
using a die from the Cheapo Dies Store
called Elf Boot Home
I had a lot of fun creating this card and here are a few of the steps I took in it's creation . . .
I
wanted to create a PAIR of Elf Boots so after die cutting the first one
from the shiny side of my foil paper, I turned the paper over and die
cut another boot.
VIOLA!
A PAIR of boots lol ...
I
cut a panel of white card stock an 1/8" smaller than my card base and
dry embossed it using a ProvoCraft Cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder. Next I ran a small
piece of red organza ribbon through the top of my boot ... looped it
over the top of my embossed panel ...
Then attached it to the back of the panel with a piece of scotch tape.
I did the same with the second boot but before gluing the second boot down to the embossed panel, I linked the two together ...
A little scrap of holiday ribbon and a punched snowflake adorn the top of my cute boots.
I hope you've enjoyed what I've shared today, and, if you're not familiar with Cheapo Dies, you are missing out!!!
Here's a listing of their store, blog & FB links to help you get familiar:
