Hello Friends, thanks for stopping by today!
We have a new challenge starting today over on our new Can You Handle The Pressure Challenge Blog and the TWIST theme is ...
SNOW
Remember, the twist is optional
but you MUST use an embossing folder on our projects to qualify for the
prizes. Heat embossing is also permitted but only in conjunction with
an embossing folder.
Here's what I've created to inspire you today.
The embossing folder I've used today is a 3D textured impressions folder by Sizzix called 'Winter Snowflakes' (#662287). Unfortunately the few places I've seen carried this folder now show it as Out of Stock. (it is an older folder)
This cute deer image comes from the Too Much Fun company and was purchased through the Adventures in Stamping convention held here in Akron every April.
I've used Tutti Designs scallop stitched square dies for the matting and the snowflakes are by Impression Obsession (DIE100) ... also very old ... you might find it still out on EBay. The icicles along the top were created using another old product ... a Martha Stewart punch. I've used the TH ink left in a large dauber to add a touch of blue to my snowflakes & icicles.

Geesh ... guess it was a day to use up some of my OLD STUFF! lol
