What day is it?????

Well here we are in Beautiful Sydney, Australia!
A VERY long trip to get here but already having a FABULOUS time!
Many of you crafters know who 'Aussie Annie' is and would you believe it, she & her sweet hubby Bill made the 2 hour drive to meet up with us and show us around the city.

First we went out for a bite of breakfast then drove out to see some beautiful sights.
Brain wasn't working yet so didn't think to grab more photos but here are a couple ... what a beautiful city!
And busy, busy!  WOW!  So much traffic for a Sunday and so glad we didn't rent a car.  Guess we didn't realize they drive on the opposite side of the road and also from the opposite side of the car!  YIKES ... we would have been in BIG trouble!    But Bill is a real trooper and drove us all over the place and shared some extraordinary views.

Sydney Opera House right across the river.

This is Darling Harbour ... we had dinner here !
Wonderful food, beautiful boardwalk and the weather was EXCELLENT!!

Here's Annie & I just goofing around ... we are having SO MUCH FUN together!

SO MUCH in fact that they are coming back today around 10AM and the four of us are going on an excursion together to the Blue Mountain.  AND ... they booked a room here in the hotel for the evening so we will have all day & evening together.  Will certainly be sad to leave them on Wednesday when we board the cruise ship!!

I haven't laughed this much in awhile and they are keeping us in stitches.  Trying not to be recognized as the TOURISTS we are, we didn't get off to a good start when I ordered a 'black coffee' and the waitress looked at me like I had two heads!  LOL   They put shots of espresso in all their coffee so it's quite strong for what I'm used to!  FUNNY ... when we got to the airport, we sat down for a bit to gather our wits about us after just coming through customs with a million other people and Mark went up and got us each a cup of coffee.  When he gave the guy his order for two black coffees, the guy said ... 'Oh!  You want 2 Donald Trumps!'  Not exactly sure what that was all about but also didn't want to ask!  LOL

Well, it's actually 4:03 AM Monday here in Australia but my body is still on Ohio time which is 2:03 PM Sunday afternoon.  Mark has been able to fall back asleep but I'm WIDE awake.  Think I'll do a little design team commenting then try to lay back down for awhile.  Otherwise I'm going to be a zombie before days end!

Like the title says ... What Day Is It???
LOL

As always ...
HUGS from Ohio  Australia
