HAPPY WEEKEND EVERYONE!
Remember in my last post I said I had a card to share,
well here it is! (I can't believe I'm making a Christmas card!) I am so NOT ready to be doing that!!!
This card satisfies two challenges I certainly didn't want to miss playing this week.
The Christmas In July theme is for the challenge at Cheery Lynn Designs but I also had the challenge at Joan's Gardens in mind while creating. Joan has asked us to use:
- Use a plain background
- Use a double oval
- Use a sentiment
- Use any color combination, but have at least 2
I must admit, once I got going on this card I was kind of getting in the 'holiday spirit' ... OH DEAR!!
Here's a couple close up photo so you can see more the the detail ... and, if you want an even CLOSER look, just click on the photo to enlarge.
Recipe for this card:
Papers: White cs, Christmas red cs, BoBunny 'Father Christmas dp
Dies: Cheery Lynn Designs B184 'Holly Corner', B186 'Merry Christmas Set', DL143 ' Ornamental wreath & bow, Spellbinder 'Floral Ovals'
Other: Red Stickles, xPress It Foam Mounting Tape, Michaels Celebrate It holiday ribbon
Items in BOLD RED were purchased at Joan's Gardens.

Okay ... that's it for me today!
Have a wonderful weekend ... looks like we're expecting a lot of rain ... maybe I'll get caught up on my DT work ... or clean my house! Ummmmm ... nay ... I'll play ... cleaning can wait!!
Until next time and as always . . .
