Time again for a fun challenge at The Sisterhood of Crafters!
Today Micki is our host and she has asked us to make a card/project using this theme:
Black, White + One Accent Color
This is always a fun challenge in my book ... here's what I came up with.
OKAY ... so the color is a little on the BRIGHT side but it's really cute in person and you must admit, it does GET YOUR ATTENTION! LOL! I recently made an online Jo-Ann's purchase (50% off) and got two fabulous Fiskars Stamp Sets (20 clear stamps in each set) and this sentiment came from the 'Laugh With Me Quotes' set.
This 2nd card is actually one of the cards from a set I made for a friend of my mother. I tried to keep them relatively simple so they wouldn't require additional postage.
Recipe for this card:
Papers: White cs, Lime Green cs
Accessories: Marianne LR0236 (green layer), Spellbinder Gold Labels Four (white layer), Michaels 'Celebrate It' satin ribbon, Bow Easy, White Gelly Roll Pen for faux stitching
