Pink and Green

Happy Tuesday Crafters!
While cleaning up 'scraps' over the weekend I ended up with
a couple pink & green cards that I thought I'd share with you today.

The design papers and images were left overs from an order
I was working on last week for the local Tea Shoppe.

I love when I create extra cards for my sale boxes and can do some 'clean up' along the way.

I had a friend over the other day and she is NOT a crafter but was curious as to how the dies worked ... hence the green ivy panels I die cut to show her what fun that is.

The additional green panels are what was left over from the piece I die cut the ivy from.    And of course my inside sentiment panel was die cut and stamped from the left over pink sheet.

Isn't it great when you have a scrap of double sided paper that is large enough for a background panel on your card.  By simply flipping it over you have an accent panel for your card front and a matting piece for the inside sentiment.  LOVE THAT!!  That white flourish has been laying around in my way for WEEKS ... thank goodness I finally found a place for it!  Uugh ... too pretty to toss in the circular file!

Remember all those Heartfelt Creations flowers that were  extras from last years Adventures in Stamping demo ... well, here's another.  The gem center has been in my stash since my scrapbooking days ... several years ago.  It's about time I used a few of those too.

Well that's about it for me today.
Here's a few challenges I'd like to enter into then I'm moving on to making some SPRING tissue box covers for the upcoming craft show at the Country Club.
Fussy and Fancy Challenge - Pink and Green
A Vintage Journey Challenge - Spring is in the Air
Chocolate, Coffee & Cards Challenge - Spring is in the Air
Seize the Birthday Challenge - Birthday + Topping- Floral
Clear It Out Challenge - Springtime/Add a flower

Thanks for stopping by ...
As always . . .
