December Challenge at Triple B

  Hello Friends!

Have you checkout our challenge blog called TRIPLE B?
It's all about using any of your stash but your project must have at least a BIRD, a BUTTERFLY or BLOOMS (flowers) visible on it.  Hence the title Triple B.

Here's this months inspiration board ...

I love this rich color ... it really pops with the black & white!

Here's what I've come up with using a VERY old wooden block stamp & Tombow markers.

I had this card base sitting on the work table just waiting to be used and I thought it would be perfect to showcase this beautiful cardinal.   I've used the Cottage Cutz 'Nested Wacky Stitched Square' die set (CCB-072) for my matting and a Pink Fresh' Perfect Sentiments word sentiment.

Remember, our challenge begins on the 3rd of each month, ends on the last day of the month and Winner's are announced on the 2nd of each month.

Challenges to share in:

I hope you'll come join in the fun!
Thanks for stopping by today!

As always ...

  1. Stunning Darlene - he really commands attention doesn't he! Love how his tail extends from the square (wondering now how you did this)! Hugs, Kate!

    1. Thanks Kate! I fussy cut around his tail feathers then slipped the die UNDER his tail when I cut out the square he was stamped on. That way it did NOT cut through his tail and it could hang over.
