Christmas Ornaments
and here's an inspiration board created to help get you started . . .
I have so much fun making these tissue box covers each year. They have become one of my top sellers at the annual craft show over at our local high school.
I found this fabulous ornament 12x12 paper at Hobby Lobby and knew right away want I wanted to create and share with you today! And, I think it worked out perfectly! And of course, there's always an extra strip left over once I make my cuts required for the tissue box cover, so that means a coordinating card MUST be created as well.
The dies used for the opening on my tissue box lid are OLD Spellbinder Classic Oval & Scallop Oval dies. I have made so many of these and use these two dies over and over to the point where the cutting surface is starting to dull ... might have to see if hubby can sharpen the cutting edge somehow. He's pretty smart ... he'll come up with something lol.
I guess I should have taken this photo at more of an angle so you can see that the 'ribbon strip' and bow are made from gold metallic paper using the Impression Obsession 'Large Bow' die. Yep, it was left over too so why not right!!! LOL

I hope you make a bazillion and a half at your Craft Fairs--something has to fun your obsession, I mean hobby! lol Love the matching card too! The gold bows are a perfect accent! Merry Merry! (I keep staring at that paper, it really is magical!)
