Hello Friends and welcome back to my blog!
SO happy you stopped by!
Here's a fun inspiration board we've created to help get you started ...
As you can see, I was drawn to the old truck images. Reminds me of my growing up years when Dad and us girls would go to the back of our 20 acres and pick out the Christmas tree. Dad would chop it down and bring it home in the back of the truck. Looking back he must have been really strong because we three girls didn't help him get it into the truck! LOL
I sell a lot of my tissue box covers at the annual High School Craft Show so I decided to share some of this years creations for my DT obligations. Hope you like them.
The strip of paper left over after cutting my panels for the tissue box, I used to create a coordinating card. How awesome I can get a tissue box cover AND a card from one piece of 12 x 12 designer paper.
That final left over strip isn't wide enough to create my typical A6 card so I've created an A2 card and added a black matting with hand drawn faux stitching. The addition of a sentiment and punch snowflake and my card is ready to go along with this tissue box cover as a gift.
PLEASE be sure to pop over to THE BLOG and check out the amazing designs
our design team has created for your inspiration. What a group of
talented ladies!! Then come join in the fun!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR!

You are the master of these tissue box covers, each one beautifully unique!! My dad has an old black Hudson truck he used to haul wood in, lots of childhood memories there too!

ReplyDeleteI always just lovelovelove your tissue boxes with the matching cards! It's fun to see all the different papers you use for them. This paper is so inviting and nostalgic and I know it will be the perfect gift for someone on someone's Christmas list!
