Double D - Fall Colors

It's time once again for a new challenge over on the Double D Challenge Blog!

 

Here's today's theme:

 

FALL COLORS

 Fall colors are SO STRIKING!!!

Growing up on a small farm, our pasture field was filled with maple & oak trees ... fall was my favorite time to take a walk in our woods.  There's still a peace that comes over me when I think of those childhood days!  My sister's and I used to help Dad down in the woods cleaning up branches and such that had come down through the year.  It was work but didn't seem like it at the time with the coolness of Fall and the beautiful colors surrounding us.  

 

I just had to use this image as it reminded me so much of the tall maple trees behind our barn.  These are actually stickers from a 'sticker book' called Autumn Garden that I purchased online.  Quick & easy cards to create plus minimal postage required.

 

I used a couple circle dies to showcase this image and a Hero Arts stamp for the sentiment.
