Beautiful Backgrounds . . .

 Happy Friday Afternoon All!
Hubby & I just got back from a wonderful Chinese lunch at a new restaurant in town called Basil Asian Bistro!  Our appetizers and meals were delicious!  (no dinner here tonight! lol!)

Anyways ... before we left, I was able to create another fun card for the 'Make Your Own Background' at Classy Cards 'n Such from the fun Elizabeth Craft technique friend, Terri and I watched on YouTube yesterday.  If you'd like, you can see it HERE.

Here is my card . . .

and here are the 3 panels created by using one Elizabeth Craft purple Shimmer Sheetz panel (which was cut into 3 pieces) that I embossed with a Cuttlebug embossing folder and Sparkle n Shine Glitter (for the sparkly ones) then Stazon Black on the original shimmer sheetz panel once we finished with the technique.

This was a really fun and pretty technique ... here are the panels that Terri ended up with using a panel of the same Shimmer Sheetz but a different embossing folder.  Aren't they pretty!!!

I'm anxious to give this a try on some of the other Shimmer Sheetz colors.  I really like how Terri's one panel with the white glitter turned out ... SO PRETTY IRL!!

Well it's back to work for me (not really work ... crafting fun! lol!)
But before I go I'd like to share my card with the following challenges:

Craft-Dee BowZ June Challenge - Anything Goes with homemade bow
A Creative Romance - Anything Goes/Option: Happy Birthday
