Sisterhood of Crafters - Stitched Dies

Hello All...
it's time once again for a new challenge over

And, the theme is:

STITCHED DIES

The stitched die I chose to use today is the

Memory Box - Dies - Countryside Fence Frame

I've saved the larger piece that popped out of the die
and used Tim Holtz broken china distress ink
to create the background sky.
Instead of coloring all those little piece that popped out
between the fence posts, I took a scrap of white
card stock, inked it the same and attached it over
top of the upper panel from the back.

My cute little deer is from the

Karen Burniston - Dies - Christmas Animals

and my sentiment comes from the

Hunkydory - Moonstone Dies - A Holly Jolly Christmas

I love how this frame die cuts in 3 different square panels!
That gives you more flexibility in design although today
I chose to use all three panels together.

Spectrum Noir alcohol markers were used to color
my deer and Stickles was used for the accents ...
red for the Christmas hat and diamond for the snow in the sky.

I do hope you'll come join in this fun challenge and
if you need more inspiration ... be sure to pop over and see what
our design team has created for you!

  3. Oh, stop! That reindeer is too cute and I absolutely love him with the Countryside Fence Frame! The sentiment set is beautiful, too. I like how you used the square frame on a rectangle card. I shy away from squares for Christmas because I want to avoid square cards (extra postage), but it looks perfect here. Really love this, Darlene!
