Alphabet Challenge - M is for Masculine

Hello Friends!
It's time once again for a new challenge over on the Alphabet Challenge Blog.
Today's letter is "M"
for
Masculine

I know a lot of people struggle with making masculine cards but for some reason I find it a fun challenge.  So many things I can use that I don't normally ... cars, tractors, sports, wildlife, hunting, fishing, golfing ... see what I mean ... the list can be as endless as the assortment of flower dies & stamps I have in my stash for ladies cards!  LOL

So today, I decided to play with a couple new Cottage Cuts I purchased during one of their fabulous sales a few months back.

The dies I referred to are:

 and

It just so happens I also purchased some new Mintay designer papers recently and this background panel comes from their 6x6 pad called Wilderness.

I've colored my bear using Spectrum Noir alcohol markers and have popped him us with dimensional tape.  The ivy was created using the Elizabeth Crafty 'Ivy Vine' (#1297).

I needed to snip a couple of the leaves from the vine so they would fit properly on my card front so figured I may as well put them to use on the inside sentiment panel.

I hope you'll come join in our challenge fun and
I look forward to being inspired by your creation!!  See you there!

  1. This is adorable. Great papers and they are perfect for this. The stump and the bear are so cute and nicely colored. I think this is one of the first cut out bears that I really like the face on him. He really is adorable. [Bunny]
