Cards for Carolyn



I made up this set of Thank-You cards for my sweet daughter Carolyn!! She's an accountant and as I'm sure you know, this time of the year is a real pain in the butt for accountants with the ole' tax time nightmare beginning !! I thought a little "just because" gift would help lift her spirits.
A very simple set to make, I used my JustRite DIY MonogramStamper Kit, SU Elegant Greetings stamp set, Martha Stewart butterfly punch, Darice organza ribbon and DCWV Old World designer paper.
Carolyn is a wonderful daughter and has turned out to be an AWESOME wife & mother!!! I am so proud of her!! She's a hard worker ... devoted friend and just a downright good Christian woman!! If you'd like to take a glimpse into her world, check out her BLOG ... quite different from my own!!

    What a beautiful gift set! Your daughter will love it! I didn't know she was an accountant! Thats what my husband is, actually, he is a controller too. Did I tell you I got the job at JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts. I start tomorrow. I'm so excited! Its the first time I've worked in the PAID (I've done ALOT of volunteer work) in over 20 years!

    What a pretty color combo. I like the butterflies and the use of the Just Rite for the mongrams.
