Midnight Madness & Crafty Secrets

Good Evening everyone!  I have a few more creations using the freebies over at the CDAC (Crafters Digital Art Center) community ... but first I'd like to share with you the creation I made for this week's Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge as well as the SCS Crafty Secrets Forum Challenge (clips) and the Papercraft Planet Crafty Secrets challenge (lace).

The recipe for this card is as follows:
Image: Crafty Secrets Birds & Botanical booklet
Papers:  Very Vanilla, Basic Black, pink cs, red cs, Anna Griffin dp
Accessories:  Martha Stewart picket fence border punch, Martha Stewart lattice lace border punch, Fiskars apron lace border punch, flower from England purchased at Joan's Gardens, hardware clips, crystal effects, Wright lace

I love how this came together!  It is so pretty IRL with the Crystal Effects added to a few of the flowers & butterflies!  What fun!

Here is the freebie offered by Inktegrity and you can check out Joni's community page HERE.

Is this a "cool dude" or what!  This is the freebie offered over on the CDAC community by Bugaboo.  You can see her community page HERE.

A short while ago, I **won** this adorable BABY LION over on Creations By Penny.  Penny also has a community page over at CDAC ... check it out HERE.

Well, that's it for this evening.  Please come back tomorrow for the next weekly challenge over at The Sisterhood!  Hope to see you then!!

  1. Darlene, what a FANTASTIC take on the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge this week!! I zoomed in to look at this fabulous piece of work. My gosh, the image and butterflies are out of this world and I LOVE all your borders and lace ribbon. The flower is beautiful along with the clips and b/g dp. You did a dynamite job this week and I hope you will be able to join us again next week.

  3. Holy Smokes Darlene, you have been busy with all these cards...I am lucky to get one done in a day!!! I really love what you did to the image on the MMSC card. I can see the crystal effects and it makes it look phenomenal. The pretty punches highlight and compliment your focal point perfectly. Just beautiful. Great job with the sketch.
