Happy MONDAY Everyone!
There's a new challenge starting today at
Nettie is having a new RELEASE of Vintage Bridal Images and not only can you purchase this GORGEOUS 1909 Bride image for $1.50 through the 1st week of the challenge ... BUT, one lucky challenge participant could WIN her for FREE!! Be sure to pop over to the challenge blog for all the details!
There's also a TWIST to the challenge ...
USE LACE ON YOUR CREATION
I chose to alter a composition book and turn it into a 'Bride's Journal'.
So many details go into planning a wedding ... I thought it would be nice to have all of those ideas located in one place for quick & easy reference.
Did I mention this adorable 'Flower Girl' image will ALSO BE A PRIZE?
Again ... be sure to pop over to the challenge blog for all the specific details on winning these images! I thought this beautiful bride deserved TWO flower girls and with the magic of computers, was able to not only rotate the bride from left to right ... but also give her these two beautiful young ladies to share in her special day!
Here is a close-up showcasing a little more detail.
Speaking of DETAILS ... here are the products used in this creation:
Papers: Wubie Prints 'Lace' designer paper, white cardstock, pink cardstock
Inks: Tim Holtz 'Antique Lace' and 'Tea Dye' distress inks, Colorbox 'Berrylicious' chalk ink
Accessories: Composition Book, Wilton 'Lace Paper Doilies', Martha Stewart 'Butterfly' punch, Wright's Lace purchased at JoAnn's and inked with TH distress ink, pink grosgrain ribbon (on binding), white satin ribbon (on binding), PunchBunch 'Begonia' punch, Marianne LR0156 & LR0157 dies (leaves & flourish), pink Stickles, Kaiser pink pearls, Cheery Lynn Designs DL101 'English Tea Party' doily die, pop dots, McGill flower making kit and forming mat, 'diamond' Stickles
I hope you like my creation and will come join in our challenge at Nettie G's! Thanks so much for stopping by today!
