Sparkle and Glitter Challenge

Hello everyone!

I've just become aware of a fabulous artist named Rick St. Dennis and his blog is Sparkle & Glitter with Rick St Dennis.  He has a monthly challenge using his free image and I couldn't wait to get started on this project!   Here's what I've come up with using his new 'Paris Hi Fashion Hat Lady' . . .

I chose design paper from the Prima Madeline 6x6 pack to create my background and paper piecing.  And of course other coloring required was done with Spectrum Noir alcohol markers (still practicing ... but I'm getting better I think!)
