Hello friends!
It's time once again for a new challenge over on the Addicted to Stamps Challenge Blog.
Today, Danoesja is our hostess and the theme she has chosen is:
For A Boy / Man
I LOVE making these scenery type cards ... perfect for the men in our lives!
Several years back I took a class using Stampscape Stamps and fell in love with the process.
It's hard to believe this started out as just a blank piece of white card stock!
Here are the stamps I used on today's card . . .
I've linked their website so you can check them out!
Of course now they also have stamps MINUS the wooden blocks
available and they are cheaper that way too.

I love your card! I've always struggled with masculine cardmaking and you have given me some new ideas. Have a wonderful rest of the weekend!
ReplyDeleteI have Two sets of their stamps just in the red rubber and several smaller images on Woden blocks too. I love the fantastic scene you have created here. Hugs Mrs A.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful scene. Wish I was there. Lovely card. [Bunny]`
ReplyDeleteWOW!!! I have never seen these stamps and I'm speechless!! Wonderful!! Thanks for sharing!! Your scene is just fabulous, a dream!!
ReplyDeleteLike the new wallpaper and pictures on your blog. So fresh and springlike. I wish I could tell you how often I have looked at these stamps... I just love them and your scene is gorgeous. I am not a good stamper so I keep resisting the temptation. I might do ok with these with the MISTY though. Beautiful design for a guy card.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful scene and you used some of the same stamps I own. I never took a class but did get a lot of advice from my good friend Terry Luper. He did a lot of scene stamping and I sure miss him a lot. He was a great mentor to me but sadly died way too young. At any rate I have two drawers and a notebook full of Stampscape stamps. I should get them out soon and do more scenes. You are an inspiration to me.
ReplyDeleteWow! I've been scrolling back and forth from the stamps to your card figuring where and how you used each. Fascinating the scene you created and so real, like a painting. Beautiful, Darlene! We'll be seeing a lot of masculine cards now that Father's Day is approaching.
ReplyDeleteI love their stamps but have never achieved a master piece like this, wow that is gorgeous, great combining of the stamps, lovely coloring!
