Beautiful Basket

 Happy Sunday Friends

I've been wanting to share this project with you for awhile now but was waiting because I wanted to add some butterflies or bumble bees to it but I haven't yet taken the time to do that so figured I'd share it anyways!  LOL

My friend Sandy (used to be a neighbor but now lives in NC) came up the end of April to attend the Adventures in Stamping convention here in Akron and happily we spent several hours over that week playing in my crafting cave.  She brought her Heartfelt Creations stamps & dies and showed me how to create this gorgeous basket.   We used the Lattice Flourish Dies & Classic Rose Stamp and Dies.

Sandy had taken the online class with Emma Lou and how lucky was I to have Sandy show me how this was done.  I'm already knew how to condition & create the beautiful flowers but putting the basket together without her help would have been disastrous!  LOL

I used Derwent Watercolor Pencils for the coloring on my flowers before conditioning & shaping them.  And of course had to add glitter!  Sandy is the Glitter Queen ... me, not so much!  LOL  But I must admit the added glitter really is the perfect touch!

Not sure what I will use this basket for ... (don't have the heart to give it away) but think I'll add some butterflies & bees and just admire it!  LOL
