I'm excited to share with you today, a card I've created as the Guest Designer for the current challenge over on the Paper Dragonfly Challenge Blog.
I was offered the chance to be their guest designer by being the winner of their challenge #2.

I chose a panel of designer paper from the Craft Consortium 'Ink Drops - Ocean' 6x6 paper pack for my background. I stamped an OLD (circa 2005) SU dragonfly from the 'on gossamer wings' set and colored in using Tombow markers. I then embossed this panel using the Lisa Horton 'Water Droplets' 6x6 - 3D embossing folder.
My mermaid comes from a Little B 'Mermaid' die set and the sentiment die is from Impression Obsession (#DIE723). The coloring on the mermaid was also done with Tombow markers.

ReplyDeleteCongrats to you Dar! I think that mermaid is startlyed by the dragonfly.. Terrific scene my friend. Hope you are enjoying good weather - I can't believe we are a month away from mid summer and we still haven't had any! It;s supposed to be a good weekend though, gotta be thankful for small mercies!
