Can You Handle The Pressure - Pumpkins

Hello Friends, thanks for stopping by today!

We have a new challenge starting today over on our new Can You Handle The Pressure Challenge Blog and the TWIST theme is 'PUMPKINS'.  Remember, the twist is optional but you MUST use an embossing folder on our projects to qualify for the prize.  Heat embossing is also permitted but only in conjunction with an embossing folder.

Here's what I've created to inspire you today.

Had fun creating today's card until the sentiment die 'got away from me' and once it was down, IT WAS DOWN!  LOL   Forgive the 'wobble' ...

Anyways ... I have used an older Darice Vine embossing folder and colored the leaves in by using a Tombow Marker, water & artist brush.

As you can see, I die cut the sentiment twice and off set them.
(hence my 'touched down' mishap) lol.  Oh well ...

I do hope you'll come check out our new blog and play along.
AND yep ... we will be offering prizes at our challenges ... that's always a fun surprise!

Here's today's prize offering . . .

Challenges to share in:

Cardz 4 Galz #184 - Halloween or Anything in Halloween Colors
Craft Rocket Challenge #97 - Autumn/Hallwoeen
DL.ART Thankful Thursday #309 - Pumpkin

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today,
I appreciate it more than you'll ever know!!

As always . . .

  2. Those tiny little pumpkin dies are so cute, and love the way you off-set the balck/orange sentiment!

  3. The sentiment on the curve makes it more playful and I like how you cut apart the pumpkins to go with it. Pretty corner with your embossing and the added pumpkins!

  4. I love this design and the brightness of the pumpkins. That little guy on the left is "fall"ing off f the sentiment line. I thought you did it on purpose. I love it!

  6. Oh, hey! I have this very same EF but have never turned it on its side. Sheesh. I love the look of it, and your whole card is great. I don't play well with skinny dies, but the wobble this time kinda looks like it belongs there. Cute, Darlene!
