Hello Friends and welcome back to my blog!
SO happy you stopped by!
Here's a fun inspiration board we've created to help get you started ...
Today, I was inspired by the cabin image in the upper left corner.
I've had this Inkadinkado stamp for years and thought it would work perfectly for today's creation. I stamped it on white card stock then colored with Tombow markers before die cutting the stitched scallop circle using a die set from Tutti Designs. The black background mat was die cut from the same die set.
The background green embossed panel was sitting on my work table and though smaller than I wanted, I thought it would be a good back drop for my image. To fill in the extra white space, I simply used a ruler/ fine tip black marker and drew in vertical lines.
Simon Says 'Forest Border' (SF209) 3D embossing folder
My corner snowflake embellishment is an older die from Creative Expressions 'Festive Collection' - Corner, Border & Tag set (#CED3019).
The Merry Christmas sentiment stamp is from an OLD SU set called 'A Cardinal Christmas'.

A beautifully created scenic card, it really showcases the inspiration from the mood board perfectly, even right down to the cardinals, what a perfect stamp and EB folder!!

ReplyDeleteWOW, this is so gorgeous! I love the embossed green background and the beautiful die cut snowflake corner, and I cannot believe the image is a stamp! You colored it to perfection and it looks like something you might have found online and printed. Amazing!
ReplyDeleteThe landscape is lovely and I like the embossed background.
