Hello Friends!
Happy Saturday!
It's time for a new sketch over on the SKETCH SATURDAY Challenge Blog
and, once again we have an added option which is:
USE A SKETCH FROM OUR 2014 ARCHIVE
Here's today's sketch . . .
I chose #335 from the 8th of November 2014.
It was really a lot of fun to look back through all the 2014 sketches and choose one I wanted to play with today. Although I must admit it was very difficult since I saw so many I wanted to use ... of course I've noted those down and will use them as time goes by. But today this is the one I chose since I needed to make a masculine retirement card and wanted to keep it relatively simple in design ... you know how much the guys don't like that foo foo! LOL
Here's what I came up with . . .
My image comes from a package of preprinted images by TooMuchFun Rubberstamps.com. I've used some 'water' designer paper from Joann's for my background (and image matting) then die cut a sea gull, colored the tips of his wings with a black marker so he looked like he belonged with the others and VIOLA!
Won't you come join the fun at Sketch Saturday?
As always, thanks so much for taking the time to stop in and say Hello!
