Wood Block Wednesday Challenge

 Hello Friends!
WOW!  One more day to Turkey Day!
I'm busy in the kitchen but I did prepare a card earlier this week for today's challenge over on Tsuruta Designs ... Wood Block Wednesday Challenge.

I have chosen a wooden block stamp today that has been in my stash for YEARS (probably more then 10 years) and I've never inked it up ... today's the day!!

This is a Stampendous stamp (circa 2014), called 'Fireside Ivy'.

I've used Tombow markers for the coloring and some scrap holiday designer paper for the background panel.  My sentiment is Sue Wilson (CEDME016).

It is so much fun to drag out those old wooden block stamps and create something beautiful!  So glad this challenge exists so I can show some of my MANY wooden block stamps some love!

Challenges to share in:

Try It On Tuesday - Traditional Christmas
Unicorn Challenge #104 - Christmas and/or Winter

Thanks for stopping by!

As always . . .

  4. I just love seeing these old woodblock stamps. I definitely have quite a few that have been with me for years, but also some oldies that are newish to me. Your stamp today is such a warm and cozy scene. Hard to believe 2014 was 10 years ago. It seems so recent to me, sheesh.
