Hello Friends!
Happy Saturday!
It's time for a new sketch over on the SKETCH SATURDAY Challenge Blog
and, once again we have an added option which is:
SYMPATHY CARD
Here's today's sketch . . .
Unfortunately, these days I seem to always be in need of a sympathy card so this challenge came just at the right time. Of course purple is my favorite color so that's the direction I went for today's card.
I've used ginham designer paper from my DCWV pack and the print is from the Paper Boutique 'Lavender Fields' 6x6 pack. The sentiment is from an 'All Woman Owned' company called My Craft Project.com. I purchased this stamp at the Adventures in Stamping convention held in Akron in April.
The tag die is a set by Sue Wilson (CED4305). I have used the largest one for today's card.
Some deep purple ribbon to separate my decorative panels, baker's twine for the tag and a few Nuvo drops here & there and this card is ready to go.
Won't you come join the fun at Sketch Saturday?
As always, thanks so much for taking the time to stop in and say Hello!
Your paper is just beautiful and so is the sentiment. It touches my heart. Seems there are too many losses in my circle lately, too.
ReplyDeleteso pretty, love your big bow on the tag and that is a great sentiment!
ReplyDeleteWhat an absolutely beautiful card! I adore that sentiment!
