Purple & Artichoke

Happy Friday All . . .

Today I'm sharing a card I created for the Purple & Artichoke challenge being held over on the Color Hues Color Challenge #141 blog.   

 

 This happens to be one of my favorite color combos so I just HAD to join in the fun.  Here's what I've created . . .

 

My crafting friend Sandy (in N.C.) loves everything Heartfelt Creations and when they were closing their doors, she bought a BUNCH of papers, stamps, dies  . . . as to not miss out on anything she had had her eye on for some time.  

This beautiful frame as well as the sentiment stamp/die set are from her Heartfelt purchase and she was kind enough to stamp/die cut several different sets for me and mailed them to me here in Ohio.  Sandy & I used to craft together all the time as she only lived a mile away from me but upon retirement she & her hubby moved down to N.C. where their youngest son (works for Nascar) & his family live. She does make the trip back up to Ohio a couple times a year and we always try to spend at least 1 day crafting together like the old times!

 I've used Tombow markers for the coloring.  
Quick, easy and quite attractive if you ask me lol.
