I had NO idea where to begin with these items but I'm really happy with the outcome!  I think that's why I enjoy challenges SO MUCH and get involved in SO MANY!!!  The guidelines really help ... but it also makes you THINK!!  What great fun!  Thanks for another awesome challenge Joan!!

Hugs,
DARlene

Crafty Secrets Forum Challenge of SCS

Morning All!!  Today over on SCS, the Crafty Secrets ladies (specifically Lori) has challenged us to use FABRIC on our cards/projects.  W-E-L-L ... since I don't do much with sewing ... I opted to go the easy route.  I have used one of Crafty Secrets "Cotton" scraps called Flowers as my main image/sentiment and Webster's Pages "Bloomers" for my creation.

I've also added a panel of Wright's Bias Binding behind the bloomers for a little added stability.  These bloomers are awesome and will lay flat in your envelope for shipping ... then pop back up once again when opened!  Cool!!

Here's the recipe:
Papers:  old olive, whisper white
Crafty Secrets Cotton Scraps (flowers)
Fiskars Apron Lace Border Punch
Webster's Pages Bloomers (purchased at Joans Gardens)
Wright's Bias Binding (JoAnn's)
Wild Orchid flower
Kaiser Pearls (purchased at Joans Gardens)

Thanks for stopping by!  I will be posting my creation for the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge shortly ... please stop back!  Happy Day to you!
